Terms of Service

Hey, this ain’t Spotify. Read this before commissioning. These guidelines apply to all commission types.---✅ You can:- Request a courtesy upgrade (e.g., waist-up to full body) if your commission has been waiting for over 120 days.
- Print your commission for personal use only.
- Repost your commissioned artwork on personal social media with credit (as long as my visible signature remains, that’s enough).
- Enjoy your cool new commission!---❌ You cannot:- Receive the finished artwork before payment is completed.
- Repost the artwork without crediting.
- Request major changes to the base structure or linework after sketch approval, unless it’s to correct a clear deviation from the reference.
- Request changes to the coloring after approval, unless it’s to correct a clear deviation from the reference.
- Redistribute or monetize my work without explicit consent.
- Remove or obscure my watermark, unless it’s for a profile pic or banner.
- Ask me to copy another artist’s style or push for edits that go against my stylistic boundaries.
- Be a dick.---🎨 My Rights as the Artist:- I may use completed artwork for self-promotion, unless we agree otherwise before payment.
- I may refuse a commission for any reason.
- I may change my prices, services, or offerings at any time.
- I may pause your slot and move on to the next in line if I don’t hear back from you within 24 hours in a business day.
- I may revise these Terms of Service at any time.↳ Clients are only bound to the version they agreed to when payment was made.---🚫 I Will Not Draw:- Centaurs

- Ferals (especially dragons)
- Cub (unless it’s completely SFW)
- Scat
- Rape
- Heavy gore (bruises, scars and blood are fine)
- Hyper muscle / hyper fat
- Vehicles (unless I’m allowed to trace)
- Anything involving racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or hate-based imagery or messaging
- Monsters (unless they don’t stray too far from the humanoid structure---👀 I Want To Draw:- Wholesome, cuddly stuff
- Anything that’s gay af
- Watersports
- Horsecock---💵 Payment:- All payments are in USD, accepted via PayPal or Wise.
- Commissions under $150 must be paid in full upfront.
- Commissions over $150 can be paid 50% upfront and 50% right before I begin working.
- After confirming the commission, I will send an invoice to finalize the deal.---💸 Refund Policy:If I haven’t started the artwork:- Full refund within 7 days of payment.
- 50% refund after 7 days.
- Full refund if it’s been 120+ days since you’ve commissioned.If I have started the sketch and you’re not satisfied:- 30% refund.Once the sketch is approved, no refunds will be issued.Note: I maintain a public Trello queue that is regularly updated. Please review it before commissioning to ensure you're comfortable with the estimated wait time.---Thank you for supporting my work!
